“Eligible Participant”: Open only to residents of any one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age or older; and (2) have a valid account with PayPal (“Valid Account”). How it Works: Eligible Participants must sign up for a PayPal personal account using the same email for which they received the Invitation. They will be automatically enrolled in the offer upon signing up for PayPal and making their first transaction of $25 or more with their Valid Account (“Eligible Transaction”). Upon successfully completing an Eligible Transaction, each Eligible Participant can receive 1,000 PayPal Rewards Points, which has a $10 Redemption value at PayPal Checkout, or may be redeemed for other available options (the “Reward”). The Reward is further subject to the PayPal Rewards Program Agreement. The Reward will appear in Eligible Participants PayPal account within fourteen days, but may take longer.
